Pancreatic enzymes help to break down fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.
Pancreatic enzyme supplements are necessary when the pancreas does not produce enough enzymes on its own to break down food.
TumorX Total Digest Phase One is composed of the following glandular enzymes:
Lipase: Lipase breaks down fat.
Protease: Proteases break down proteins.
Amylase: breaks down carbohydrates.
Nutritional diseases created my malabsorption is common
when one is unable to breakdown the foods into usable components that can be carried into
the bloodstream to nourish the body, organs and cells.
Amylase ................................................................. 70,000 USP Units
Lipase ...................................................................... 2,100 USP Units
Protease..................................................................61,250 USP Units
This product is pure nutrition; no fillers, additives or synthetic chemicals.
The gelatin capsule complies with the requirements published in:
The United States Pharmacopoeia (USP); XXIV / National Formulary (NF) 19
The European Pharmacopoeia (EP); 3rd Edition
Kosher and Halal certified
Dietary Digestive Supplement: 1-4 capsules per meal
Therapeutic:
Increase enzymes by one capsule every four days until saturations occurs: saturation is defined by an inching burning sensation around the anis. This happens because the enzyme is hydrolyzing the dead tissue. Wash the area with vinegar- this will neutralize the enzyme, (any type of vinegar will work).
No Side effects in most cases.
Diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain/cramps, nausea, or vomiting may occur.
Glandular Enzymes work systemically:
One of the most common misnomers about digestion is that protein is digested inside the stomach using hydrochloric acid.
This common fallacy is a great hindrance to ones understanding of enzymes and digestion.
First I would like to make some simple points:
- Enzymes functions are absolute undisputed facts, i.e., protease breaks up/digests protein.
- The pH in the stomach is as low as 1.0 without any food. This is a very acidic level. Because the pH scale is a logarithmic scale, the pH of the stomach is hundreds or thousands or millions of times stronger than typical cellular fluids which are generally close to 7.0 (the neutral level on the pH scale.) When food comes into the stomach, the pH may rise to levels in the 3.0 to 4.0 level due to the buffering capacity of proteins.
- The pH of Orange Juice 3.30 - 4.15
- The pH of Vinegar 2.4 – 3.4
- Lemon juice 2.3
- The pH increases to 3.0 to 4.0 with food in the stomach, thus:
- A low pH will help the body leach the minerals into the stomach acid.
- Once the food goes down the chime the pancreas injects the sodium bicarbonate into the mixture.
- The pH will increase over 4.0
- Glandular pancreatic enzymes have an active range of 4.0-11.5... below 4.0 they do nothing, above11.5 they are deactivated.
- Amylase stops working, above 9.1
- Protease stops working above 11.5
- Lipase stops working at 10.4
One needs to consider these points when choosing an enzyme:
One needs enzymes if they are not digesting their food properly.
The main purpose of the gastrointestinal tract is to digest and absorb nutrients (fat, carbohydrate, and protein), micro nutrients (vitamins and trace minerals), water, and electrolytes.

- Malabsorption
- Who Needs Enzymes
- Diseases
Gastroesophageal reflux disease or simply (GERD), can be a symptom of improper digestion or mechanical disorders such as hiatal hernia. If the symptoms of GERD’s is created by enzyme deficiency one can easily use enzymes to treat the disease. Typically 1-3 capsules of Total Digest Phase One are needed per meal.
Intestinal malabsorption can be due to:
Mucosal damage (enteropathy)
Causes Including Extensive Ulceration Of The Intestine,
Intestinal lymphatic Blockage,
Gluten Enteropathy,
Infiltration of Leukemic Cells Into the Intestinal Wall,
Congenital or acquired reduction in absorptive surface,
Food not chewed properly.
Defects of specific enzyme hydrolysis activity.
Decomposition of fats, proteins and carbohydrates by reaction with water, and enzymes such as the dissociation of a dissolved salt or the enzyme amylase conversion of starch to glucose, and protein into amino acids
Defects of ion transport
Sodium-potassium pump: sodium+/potassium+-Adenosine 5’ Triphosphatease also known as the Na+/K+ pump, or simply NAKA, for short.
Calcium pump: The plasma membrane Ca2+ ATPase , or simple PMCA is a transport protein in the plasma membrane of cells that serves to remove calcium (Ca2+) from the cell.
The defects of ion transports could be a simple mineral deficiency caused by:
Cancer
Lack of sulfur in diet creating a deficiency of hydrochloric acid.
Lack of potassium
Lack of calcium
Lack of sodium
And other minerals.
Pancreatic insufficiency, e.g., deficiency of enzymes
Impaired enterohepatic circulation
Circulation of biliary acids from the liver, where they are produced and secreted in the bile, to the small intestine, where it aids in digestion of fats and other substances, back to the liver.
Friendly bacteria play an important role, this process uses bacteria
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Bifidobacterium bifidus.
Within each species, different strains (or varieties).
Consuming foods such as:
yogurt
fermented and unfermented milk
miso: fermenting rice, barley and/or soybeans,
tempeh: cultured soybeans
Mechanical processes begin by chewing ones food- the mechanical crunching of the foods. Enzymatic digestive juices are created by the pancreas (pancreatic enzymes), and biliary emulsifiers are secreted. The final products of digestion are absorbed through the intestinal epithelial cells including excess enzymes that were not completely used during digestion. Once the nutrient and enzymes are in the bloodstream additional chemical actions take place in the bloodstream and within intercellular fluids.
When wanting to get the most out of life one needs to be healthy. It is believed that as we age our bodies produce lower amounts of enzymes. The trigger mechanism is not completely understood, but we all have anecdotical evidence in our lives. With that stated, we need to keep in mind that:
children
teenagers
middle-aged persons
most-seniors
Can be enzyme deficient- not that they will be… but they can be.
Digestion involves both mechanical, chemical, enzymatic, and biological breakdown of food.
If we understand the importance of enzymes then we holds one of the keys to health.
It is believed by the writer of this article that all enzymes inside the human body are originated mainly from pancreatic enzymes, this is why they are so important to human health |
